The hotel product appears well maintained.
The service at breakfast was slow. I waited 15 minutes for water, and it was warm both mornings. The drink ordering system felt disorganized. The bill included charges for other people's meals and drinks that we never ordered.. it took almost two hours to resolve.

Really good Stay!

The staff were always available and keen to help. The location is almost walkable from the Taj Mahal (how great is that?). The rooms were well decorated and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the detailed explanation of each coffee type during breakfast. I definitely want to come back again if I am ever in town.
The room card for the lights did not work, so an electrician had to come. He fixed the lights but took the card with him (that was a first!). Getting a replacement card took nearly an hour, a bit frustrating.

The food was tasty and they prepared it without spice for my preference. I found great pleasure in the breakfast (especially those fresh omelets!). The hotel boasts an extensive array of dining options, so I found something I really liked.

The service I received was perfect, with a very welcoming and sweet atmosphere. The staff was polite and the service was prompt. Everyone was very attentive and proactive which made my stay even better.

The hotel's location is fantastic; it is near a well-regarded restaurant. There is also a tuk-tuk station outside the hotel for convenience. I noticed a souvenir shop right across from the building which was very handy.

i found that the finishing of the room was a bit poor.

the room was clean and well decorated. the hotel location was close to the taj mahal. that allowed me time to return for breakfast after a sunrise tour. i liked the early check-in option, it was great.
the fridge in the room was not cold at all. i told reception on checking out, but no note was taken. the lady on the desk seemed disinterested.
